Integrated circuits are very flexible and are fit a wide range of customer needs. Integrated circuits let businesses run multiple services over the same line. Common examples include local phone service/dedicated long-distance, VoIP SIP trunks, and internet or MPLS.
INTEGRATED LOCAL & MPLS
Integrated Local & MPLS or MPLS VPN — a voice + data circuit with MPLS over the top.
INTEGRATED VOICE & DATA
Integrated Voice and Data or IP Flex gives users a bundle of business communications services including local and long-distance voice, Internet, and a variety of popular calling features.
DATA & SD WAN
Data is often sold with SD-WAN to ensure the highest level of application performance while lowering bandwidth and hardware costs.
UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS
Unified communications (UC) brings a range of tools — voice, video, chat, email — together in one place so people may do their jobs more effectively.
The cloud takes equipment and services that used to live on site and move them into a data center or multiple data centers. Users access the same services, just through the internet. ACS Cloud Partners teams with the top-managed cloud service providers to deliver world-class, secure, and reliable cloud computing solutions to companies of all sizes across the globe.
CLOUD CONNECT
Cloud Connect or private cloud refers to a model of cloud computing where IT services are provisioned over private IT infrastructure. This often results in greater security assurances.
CLOUD FAX
Cloud Fax allows users to securely send and receive faxes as email attachments over the internet, rather than through a phone line reliant on a physical fax machine.
CLOUD SERVER
Using a cloud-based, instead of premises-based, server frees up space for organizations, especially those trying to reduce office size. Cloud servers support the same capabilities — file sharing, email archiving, website management, and more — as their on-site counterparts but, again, save space and can be scaled up or down as needed.
CLOUD-BASED COLLABORATION
Share, co-author, and upload files onto a central platform accessible by any device.
CLOUD COMPLIANCE
Any cloud service worth its salt adheres to security regulations. Some examples include HIPPA, FISMA, FIPS 140-2, PCI-DSS, Safe Harbor, and CPNI.
CLOUD CONTACT CENTER
More contact and call center solutions now handle telephone, email, social media, and web chat inquiries through cloud-based platforms. Providers often update these offerings with new features that help agents do their jobs even more effectively. This eliminates on-site IT personnel having to update each terminal on an individual basis and means employees can work from anywhere. Cloud contact and call center platforms support your customers’ remote and hybrid work models.
CPAAS
Communications Platform as a Service (which means the platform lives in the cloud) lets developers add real-time communications features to applications without needing to build backend infrastructure and interfaces.
CRM INTEGRATION
Bringing legacy CRM data into the cloud era means integrating it into your customers’ websites so the site and the CRM function together. This removes silos and brings valuable data into the CRM for improving decision-making and service.
CLOUD-BASED DATA BACKUP
Data backup duplicates data so that if it’s ever lost, an organization can still retrieve it. Cloud-based data backup stores these files away from the end user. That way, if there’s a theft, fire, or other disaster at the customer site, the information remains secure and accessible.
DDoS PROTECTION
Protect your servers and infrastructure from Distributed Denial of Service, a Trojan infection used to overload the bandwidth until the point of depletion. Most cloud services automatically incorporate this type of protection into their platforms.
CLOUD-BASED DISASTER RECOVERY
See “Cloud-Based Data Backup” above. Data backup and disaster recovery are the same.
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
Document management means storing, locating, updating, and sharing data for the purpose of workflow progression and business outcomes.
FILE SERVER
An online file server lets users share files securely reducing the space needed on in-house file servers and lowering virtual private network costs and management.
HOSTED EXCHANGE
These email servers provide email archiving, retention, and discovery, simplifying the storage of business communications.
HOSTED PBX
Hosted PBX is a virtual and customizable phone system that works through an online portal. No phone equipment is necessary for this product.
HYBRID CLOUD
A hybrid cloud uses both private cloud (on-premises) and public cloud (third-party) environments, delivering the advantages of each to the same end user.
IAAS
Infrastructure as a Service replaces physical IT infrastructure by moving all applications to the cloud. Iaas eliminates the need for in-house maintenance and support of physical hardware.
MARKETING AUTOMATION
Create delightful, powerful experiences with integrated texts, email, and more—all through one intelligent marketing automation platform.
MICROSOFT OFFICE 365
Microsoft 365 is a fully online Microsoft Office application; eliminating the need to upgrade and maintain a physical exchange server. It comes with compliance and security features and supports archiving and encryption services.
MOBILE DEVICE MANAGEMENT
Mobile device management is a type of security software used by an IT department to monitor, manage and secure employees’ mobile devices, regardless of the service provider or operating system.
OUTSOURCED IT
IT outsourcing describes the practice of using external resources for all or part of an IT function.
PAAS
Platform as a Service lets customers develop, run, and manage applications through the Internet.
PUBLIC CLOUD
The public cloud makes applications and storage available to businesses. Public cloud services are “multi-tenant,” which means sharing computing resources (not sensitive company data) with other users from different organizations.
REMOTE USERS
Remote users can access their desktop computers or other devices over the internet or through private networks. Remote access SSL VPN also enables mobile workforces to securely connect to corporate assets from any location.
SAAS
Software as a service is hosted and available over a network. Examples of SaaS include but are certainly not limited to, CRM order management and ticketing software.
SECURITY
Full redundancy, encryption, data center biometric scanning, around-the-clock surveillance, firewalls, and security guards are included.
SIP TRUNKS
Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking involves VoIP and other internet-based communications systems. SIP trunking controls where the telephony signals go within the network. It often saves money because it ensures efficient use of resources and can eliminate the need for expensive landline connections.
CLOUD STORAGE
Cloud storage allows users to store, synchronize and share files online through public portals or private networks that can be accessed from any device.
UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS
Unified communications (UC) brings a range of tools — email, web chat, phone, video, and more — into one platform. UC helps people to work with more efficiency and be more productive.
VIRTUAL DESKTOP
A virtual desktop means employees work in an enterprise-grade controlled and monitored environment from almost any computer.
WEB / VIDEO CONFERENCING

WEB HOSTING
Web hosting means storing website resources on a third-party’s services.
ACS Cloud Partners offers many solutions for telecom services. The list below offers a look at that variety. We will help you determine the most cost-effective options and best technologies for your customers.
BUSINESS CABLE
Cable internet provides asymmetrical last-mile access from service providers to the end user. This is a shared bandwidth service so many factors will influence the user’s download speed depending on the number of subscribers on the network.
BUSINESS DSL/U-Verse/FIOS
A Digital Subscriber Line is an asymmetrical internet connection that is “always on” because it uses existing copper telephone lines or fiber connected to the building. Shorter distances result in faster speeds.
COLOCATION / DATACENTER
A colocation or data center (or data center) is a facility composed of networked computers and storage that businesses or other organizations use to organize, process, store and disseminate large amounts of data. A business typically relies heavily upon the applications, services and data contained within a data center, making it a focal point and critical asset for everyday operations.
DARK FIBER
Dark fiber is an optical fiber infrastructure that runs over a privately operated network.
DEDICATED ETHERNET
Dedicated Ethernet is a continuous, high-bandwidth form of access for enterprises to connect their LANs (Local Area Networks) to the public internet and streamline the performance of their WAN (Wide Area Network).
ETHERNET OVER COPPER
Ethernet over copper runs over twisted copper wires. Even if one strand goes down, the circuit will remain up.
FIBER
Ethernet over fiber is the use of optical fiber from a central point directly to individual buildings to provide high-speed, quality, and definition services to businesses.

MANAGED FAILOVER
Managed failover automatically detects access issues with primary data connections and immediately switches to an alternate wireline or wireless connection to keep the business operational.
MANAGED FIREWALL
Firewalls are integral to cybersecurity. They are intended to keep bad actors from accessing data and resources.
MPLS
Multiprotocol Label Switching service replaces Frame Relay connections. It supports multiple locations and networks and provides up to 10 layers of class of service for voice, video, and data.
MPLS OVER DSL
MPLS over DSL combines traffic management with high-speed, low-cost business-class DSL access. This puts the performance gain of MPLS networks within reach of more businesses.
NETWORK SECURITY
Network security means taking measures to protect the underlying networking infrastructure of physical and software from unauthorized actions, creating a secure online platform.
PRIVATE LINE
Private line data service provides dedicated (non-switched) circuits between specific points. This is often the perfect solution for businesses with little margin for error when it comes to reliable service when connecting two or more locations.
SATELLITE
Satellite internet transmits and receives data from a relatively small satellite dish mounted on the customer’s building so it may communicate with orbiting satellites. Accessing the internet via satellite also requires an antenna and modem.
SD WAN
