ACS Presidents Club – Terms & Conditions
ACS Presidents Club is a performance-based incentive program available exclusively to authorized partners of ACS Cloud Partners. Qualification is based on sales performance generated between February 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026. Only new customer sales are eligible unless otherwise stated by the participating provider. Add-ons, renewals, canceled orders, and orders not installed or not billing do not qualify. All qualifying orders must be submitted, processed, and tracked through ACS Cloud Partners as the Technology Services Distributor (TSD) of record in order to count toward qualification. Referral overrides or commissions earned from referred partners do not qualify toward Presidents Club totals.
Each participating provider sponsor establishes its own qualification requirements and limits the number of partners eligible to qualify. Once a provider’s sponsorship limit is reached, that provider’s participation will be marked as “SOLD,” and no additional partners may qualify under that provider unless the sponsoring provider, at its sole discretion, elects to sponsor additional qualifying partners. A partner may pursue qualification opportunities; however, each partner is eligible to earn only one (1) ACS Presidents Club trip. Even if a partner qualifies under multiple participating providers, the partner will receive only one Presidents Club award for the program year.
ACS Cloud Partners also offers a general “All Providers” path to earn Presidents Club. Qualification under the All Providers option is based on the agent’s current ACS Partner Program level, and qualified revenue will follow the guidelines outlined within the ACS Partner Program. Each agent is assigned to their appropriate partner level for the All Providers option at the beginning of the year. Partners may qualify for only one Presidents Club per year — either through a provider-sponsored qualification or through the ACS All Providers option. Qualification will be based on whichever program threshold the agent achieves first. If you are unsure of your assigned partner level, please contact marketing@acscp.com for confirmation.
Qualification must be fully achieved by December 31, 2026. In certain cases where a partner is near qualification but does not fully meet the stated requirement by the deadline, final approval may be granted at the sole discretion of the sponsoring provider. ACS Cloud Partners reserves the right to validate all sales data, revenue calculations, order status, and eligibility prior to confirming qualification.
Presidents Club rewards are based on 2026 sales performance and will be fulfilled as an all-inclusive trip in 2027. Trip details, including location, dates, and itinerary, are still to be determined and will be communicated once finalized. The Presidents Club trip includes the qualifying partner and one (1) guest, round-trip airfare for two (2) that must depart from and return to the continental United States, hotel accommodations (single room), and planned group activities. The qualifying partner must attend the trip in order to redeem the Presidents Club reward. If the qualifying partner is unable to attend for any reason, the reward will be forfeited. The Presidents Club trip has no cash value and may not be exchanged, substituted, transferred, or redeemed for any alternative reward.
Participation in the ACS Presidents Club program constitutes acceptance of all program terms and conditions and does not create any contractual right to reward until qualification has been fully verified and formally approved. ACS Cloud Partners reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time if necessary to ensure fairness, accuracy, or compliance with provider agreements.

Provider-Specific Qualification Terms
The following provider clauses define individual sponsor requirements and must be satisfied in addition to the general Presidents Club Terms above.
ACS Cloud Partners — All Providers Path
Qualification is determined according to the partner’s assigned ACS Partner Program level and corresponding production requirement. Cooperative Advisors must generate $25,000 in new MRC, Direct Advisors must generate $50,000 in new MRC, and Master Advisors must generate $125,000 in new MRC during the program period. Partner level and eligibility are determined on a case-by-case basis according to the partner’s active agreement with ACS Cloud Partners. Partners unsure of their level should contact marketing@acscp.com. Only new customer revenue qualifies. Add-ons, renewals, canceled orders, services not installed, or services not billing do not qualify. All qualifying orders must be submitted through ACS Cloud Partners as TSD of record. There is no limit to the number of partners who may qualify under this path. Qualification totals remain subject to verification, validation, and final approval by ACS Cloud Partners and the participating provider.
AT&T / ACC
Qualification is based on year-over-year growth in the number of dedicated fiber (ADI) circuits during the program period. This provider is sponsoring one (1) partner. The first partner to meet all qualification requirements, including achieving a minimum of thirty-five percent (35%) year-over-year growth in qualifying circuits and at least thirty (30) total ADI circuits during the measurement period, will be awarded the available sponsorship slot. All qualifying activity must be achieved by November 30, 2026. Once the sponsorship slot has been awarded, this provider opportunity will be considered filled and marked SOLD unless the provider, at its sole discretion, elects to sponsor additional qualifying partners.
To qualify, partners must achieve a minimum of thirty (30) ADI circuits and demonstrate at least thirty-five percent (35%) growth over their 2025 performance for the same period. Only dedicated fiber (ADI) circuits qualify. ABF and any other services, including add-ons, renewals, canceled orders, services not installed, or services not billing, do not qualify.
Qualification totals remain subject to verification, validation, and final approval by ACS Cloud Partners and the participating provider.
Abundant IoT
Qualification requires $50,000 in new MRC during the program period. This provider is sponsoring one (1) partner. The first one (1) partner to meet the qualification requirements will be awarded the available sponsorship slot. Once the sponsorship slot has been awarded, this provider opportunity will be considered filled and marked SOLD unless the provider, at its sole discretion, elects to sponsor additional qualifying partners. Only new customer sales qualify. Add-ons, renewals, canceled orders, services not installed, or services not billing do not qualify. Qualification totals remain subject to verification, validation, and final approval by ACS Cloud Partners and the participating provider.
AireSpring
Qualification requires $18,000 in new MRC during the program period. This provider is sponsoring an unlimited number of partners. Any partner who meets the qualification threshold during the program period may qualify. Wholesale long distance services are excluded. Add-ons, renewals, canceled orders, services not installed, or services not billing do not qualify. Qualification totals remain subject to verification, validation, and final approval by ACS Cloud Partners and the participating provider.
Birdeye
Qualification requires $120,000 in Annual Client Value (ACV). This provider is sponsoring five (5) partners. The first five (5) partners to meet all qualification requirements will be awarded the available sponsorship slots. Once all five (5) sponsorship slots have been awarded, this provider opportunity will be considered filled and marked SOLD unless the provider, at its sole discretion, elects to sponsor additional qualifying partners.
Client referrals must be net new business, pre-approved by Birdeye, and must meet Birdeye’s Go/No-Go criteria. Clients must sign a minimum twelve (12) month agreement.
Eligible client referrals must satisfy all of the following criteria:
• Business must be B2C and sell directly to end consumers
• Must be a location-based company with ten (10) or more locations
• Ecommerce-only or digital-only brands do not qualify
• B2B companies do not qualify
• Nonprofit organizations do not qualify
• Government entities do not qualify
Eligible industries include healthcare, dental, automotive, legal, financial services, real estate, hospitality, home services, and consumer services. Low-value transaction industries such as gas stations, convenience stores, or similar businesses do not qualify.
Qualified contacts must be decision-makers in Marketing, Customer Experience, or Customer Success roles at the Chief, VP, Director, or Head level. Contacts primarily in IT, Infrastructure, or Data roles do not qualify.
The referred organization must demonstrate a clear business need or expressed interest in one or more of the following solution areas: online reviews, reputation management, listings management, local search optimization, Google ranking improvement, online visibility, AI or LLM search visibility, local SEO/AEO/GEO, customer experience solutions, surveys or NPS programs, social media management, or competitive benchmarking visibility.

Brightspeed Business
Qualification requires $10,000 in new MRR. This provider is sponsoring one (1) partner. The first one (1) partner to meet the qualification requirements will be awarded the available sponsorship slot. Once the sponsorship slot has been awarded, this provider opportunity will be considered filled and marked SOLD unless the provider, at its sole discretion, elects to sponsor additional qualifying partners. Qualification requires $12,500 in new MRC. This provider is sponsoring two (2) partners. Only net new customer sales qualify. Orders must be installed and actively billing. EarthLink Business
Qualification requires $10,000 in new MRC. This provider is sponsoring five (5) partners. The first five (5) partners to meet the qualification requirements will be awarded the available sponsorship slots. Once all five (5) sponsorship slots have been awarded, this provider opportunity will be considered filled and marked SOLD unless the provider, at its sole discretion, elects to sponsor additional qualifying partners. Only new fixed wireless sales qualify. Services must be installed and actively billing during the 2026 calendar year. Qualification requires $22,000 in net new MRC. This provider is sponsoring an unlimited number of partners. Any partner who meets the qualification threshold during the program period may qualify. All recurring monthly revenue qualifies. Qualification totals remain subject to verification, validation, and final approval by ACS Cloud Partners and the participating provider.
Pilot
Qualification requires $4,000 in net new MRR generated during the program period. This provider is sponsoring two (2) partners. The first two (2) partners to meet the qualification requirements will be awarded the available sponsorship slots. Once both sponsorship slots have been awarded, this provider opportunity will be considered filled and marked SOLD unless the provider, at its sole discretion, elects to sponsor additional qualifying partners. Only net new customer deals qualify. All products qualify. Add-ons, renewals, canceled orders, services not installed, or services not billing do not qualify. Qualification requires $10,000 in new MRC. This provider is sponsoring one (1) partner. The first one (1) partner to meet the qualification requirements will be awarded the available sponsorship slot. Once the sponsorship slot has been awarded, this provider opportunity will be considered filled and marked SOLD unless the provider, at its sole discretion, elects to sponsor additional qualifying partners. Qualification totals remain subject to verification, validation, and final approval by ACS Cloud Partners and the participating provider.
Sangoma
Qualification requires $8,000 in net new MRR generated during the 2026 calendar year. This provider is sponsoring two (2) partners. The first two (2) partners to meet the qualification requirements will be awarded the available sponsorship slots. Once both sponsorship slots have been awarded, this provider opportunity will be considered filled and marked SOLD unless the provider, at its sole discretion, elects to sponsor additional qualifying partners. Only net new deals qualify; add-ons and renewals do not qualify. If two partners each generate at least $6,000 in new MRR and collectively exceed $12,000, both partners may qualify even if neither individually reaches the full threshold. Qualification totals remain subject to verification, validation, and final approval by ACS Cloud Partners and the participating provider.

Qualification requires $50,000 in new MRC. This provider is sponsoring two (2) partners. The first two (2) partners to meet the qualification requirements will be awarded the available sponsorship slots. Once both sponsorship slots have been awarded, this provider opportunity will be considered filled and marked SOLD unless the provider, at its sole discretion, elects to sponsor additional qualifying partners. Qualification requires $20,000 in new MRR generated during the program period. This provider is sponsoring two (2) partners. The first two (2) partners to meet the qualification requirements will be awarded the available sponsorship slots. Once both sponsorship slots have been awarded, this provider opportunity will be considered filled and marked SOLD unless the provider, at its sole discretion, elects to sponsor additional qualifying partners. Only new customer sales qualify. A minimum twenty-four (24) month contract term is required for qualifying revenue. All products qualify. Final Provider Clause
Provider participation, qualification requirements, sponsorship limits, and program details are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the participating provider or ACS Cloud Partners. Qualification status is not considered final until all eligibility requirements have been satisfied, verified, and confirmed by both Provider and ACS Cloud Partners.
ACS Cloud Partners shall not be liable for any changes, modifications, suspension, or withdrawal of participation by a participating provider, nor for any sponsorship adjustments, qualification determinations, or other circumstances outside of its reasonable control that may affect qualification status. All qualification determinations are final once confirmed in writing by ACS Cloud Partners.
Participation in the Presidents Club program does not create a contractual right to reward until qualification has been verified and formally approved.
