What is something people don't know about you?
I have a pet chicken named Henrietta. She is 5 years old and my granddaughter’s friends think she is super cool. Henrietta would come in the house if we let her and she likes to sneak under the fence and visit my neighbor.

What’s the most exciting part of your job?
Having new and return customers who depend on us to solve their business needs. I love the tools at hand that help us create options for their individual needs. Basically, we are able to contour solutions and not be inhibited with cookie-cutter responses.
Do you have any mentors in your professional life?
Doug McMillan. I have been given more opportunities in life than I ever imagined and he gave me the best opportunity ever! His hiring me way back in the 90’s as Dial Tone Services has led me to where I am today and for that, I am extremely grateful

What do you think makes working for ACS unique?
Team work and comradery. The feeling that we are all family and are always helping each other. I don’t feel there is competition between us to create a bad working atmosphere.
What motivates you, Jean?
Maintaining my current lifestyle, Thank you Eric! My children and grand children and the ability to have long weekends at the beach with them every summer.

What changes have you seen throughout the years in the telecom industry?
The ever-expanding technology and how rapidly it occurs. It is exciting to watch it unfold in real-time and be a part of new, evolving technology and how it enhances lives.
